Steering Rattle and other questions

Hey Guys!

Ok so heres the deal. Everytime i hit a speed bump or some other bump big or small, there is a loud clunk from somewhere in the front suspension, and the steering wheel rattles back and forth . Ive checked most things i know of, including replacing the sway bar link. I am literally at my wits end. Sometimes its a reverberating clunk.

Also, how hard is a swap to a manual transmission in these vehicles?Edit: http://overlandtrucks.com/syst...l.pdf I found an easy guide for that.
