steering rack? HICAS vs. Non-Hicas?

So the power steering rack on my 240 is shot, and I was about to buy a replacement, when i found out that the HICAS version of the car has a quicker steering ratio than the non-hicas.

Now Im thinking of buying the hicas version, but I dont know... is there any reason why the HICAS version wouldnt work in a non-hicas car? The pressures are the same for both cars.

They are completely interchangeable AFAIK.
