hey guys im having some problems with my 1993 240sx hatchback, an here they are:

1. the steering doesn't feel as tight and responsive as i think it should be.
2. when driving in rain or on wet roads it feel like the front end is washing out or the rear end is sliding horribly, especially while going around turns it will steer hard while turning.

things thats been done to the car:

1. its lowered on emusa coilovers.
2. new godspeed adjustable tension rods.
3. new inner and outer tie rod ends (oem)
4. also has brand new tires on it as well.

please help because its my daily and its been raining an awful lot here in kentucky.

btw heres the car, i still have about 2 more inches of lowering left on the coils.

What is the caster set at?

Also check the front end bushings for any wear.

theres no caster or camber really set. the driverside front wheel leans a little inward at the top.

Did you have the frontend aligned after you did these changes ?

If not, toe , camber, and caster, are probably all out, resulting in lously handling, hard steering and short tire life.

"didn't hold for long" If that means what I think it means, something wasn't tightened, and is now loose.

Outtowinpahc was telling me that some of the adjustable arms need locktight, otherwise will easily come out of alignment.

yea the guy said my control arm was loose but it was one of the bolts for the tension rod onto the control arm it isnt pressed in like it should but the other is fine so i wouldnt think that would make a difference
