steering noise

i have a 95 240sx and when i turn the steering wheel when im not moving that fast it makes this weird rubbing noise but i dont know what could be rubbing and it only does it when it is hot outside has any had this problem before or know how to fix it?

its probably your ps belt slipping. check your ps fluid level also.
