steering loose on 91 2+2

whats the first thing to check? makes like a clicking noise when turning. hard to handle at high speeds.

Sounds like a shift in the steering rack. I'd check to see if the rack moves within the bushings. If it does, I have new ES bushings for sale if interested.

like when i driving it will go straight but when you turn right its super loose and clicks but turn left and its good to go. and when its off it does the same damn thing my 86 camaro does with the chevy steering and moves back and forth like 4-5 inches haha
