steering lock diasable help please...

ok, i have a $450 91 240 hatch, i'm doing a lot of little stuff to it until i can get enough money saved up to either do a swap or turbo the ka thats in it.. one of the things i want to do is to install a security system with a starter disable, and go to a fully keyless ignition.... how will i disable the steering lock without disconnecting the ingnition cyl and breaking a key off in it?

please help
