i have a 95 240sx se.

my problem is there is something worng with my steering

kind of hard to explain, but say if i entered a left curve, half way through my car will jerk to the left, and then when i exit my car will jerk back to the right...the faster i go through the curve the larger the jerk. also when this happens my steering wheel might by turn 40degrees, but the car will going straight, then all of a sudden the car will jerk to which ever way the steering wheel was turn, then everything goes back to normal...

i was reading about tension rods, and i think this may be the answer, but i want to know if anyone knows for sure whats wrong

My 89 was doing the same thing. It was my ball joints though. My 95 se is doing it now and i can't figure it out. I'm checking everything again this weekend. I'll let you know if i find nething. Let me know if you figure it out.
