Steering diving??

I was driving one day, taking an exit little faster then i probably should have, and i noticed when i turn right at high speeds, my steering feels like it hooks, and dives the car into the turn. this is also the second 240 ive owned that this problem has occured, my 1st thoughts were possibly inner or outter tierods, or maybe my steering rack? Anyone else ever have this problem? if so, how did you fix it? Any help will be apreaciated
