StayNu - anyone do it, and is it worth it?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

So at the dealer yesterday, I was offered the StayNu service, which covers door dings/dents, scratches, interior repair, seat repair, etc. for $689 (5 year coverage). This is my third new car purchase over the past 12 years and I've never gone for any of the dealer offers. This one actually sounds interesting to me, though. On my last car, I got several dings, sctraches, and imperfections and they bugged me (of course not enough to get them fixed... haha). Has anyone bought the StayNu coverage? Do you think it's worth it?

PS - I did choose the Simoniz because I have a messy toddler, and also got the tire and rim package because my husband and I both have a habit of banging up/scraping rims and running over nails. Don't know whether or not this one was worth it but if not, maybe I'll run over a few nails just to get my $$$ worth (kidding :chuckle: )

Never heard of such a service.

If I had bought this at time of delivery, I would have not used it yet.

$689 can buy you a lot of other stuff.
