hey guys..first time poster here just wanting to figure out what's wrong with my q

well...when i start it up..it starts running but the whole car starts shaking from side to side and vibrating like an earthquake. when it warms up or when i press on the gas while still on brake, the shaking subsides a little bit but it's still bad. other times, however, it just dies and gives out while driving.

i've seen 2 mechanics and no one knows what the problem is.

has anyone ever had this sort of problem or does anyone know what the cause of my problem is?

thanks for the help guys

Without a maintenance history, virtually impossible for us to tell.

I would suspect coilpacks or injectors. But you really need to get to a Senior Infiniti Technician to look at the car, not some mechanic who is not faimiliar with the VH41DE. Unfortunately, no independent shops are known to us in the SF area.

Seen 2 mechanics?

How many expert trained Infiniti dealer technicans? Is the check engine light on?

Usually only ignition coils, spark plugs, or injectors are changed on these models along with a few hours cleaning labor for TB/plenum...........ocassionally MAF are problematic.

Are you keeping up with prorated annual $1500 maintenace and repair budget add $500 for tires and brakes.

What is the annual maintenance work that should be done tech? My tires are great and I DON'T THINK I need any maintenance done. I've changed my breaks(ceramic), spark plugs, flushed ATF July 2006. I just had my diff fluid changed last month. The only thing that I haven't done since purchasing my Y33 in January 05 is that I haven't flushed the radiator coolant. It's still green, but I'm guessing that needs to be done.
