Startup Issues

I've got a pretty freshly swapped S13 SR, I put it in about 3 weeks ago and it has been running flawlessly until yesterday. I go out to the car in the morning it was pretty cold about 45 degrees, I get it in Start the car it runs for about 2-3 seconds then the engine just shuts off. So I try to start it again, and it fires up just fine. So the car sit till about 12:00 and I goto try and leave for lunch and it does it to me 3 times before it starts. What is weird is that if I let it sit for more than like 45 mins it seems to do it. When I do get it started it runs perfect. I turned the idle up a little today and when I went to start it, It started up ran for about 3-4 seconds shut off then kicked back on and ran fine after that . Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing it? I have checked all the connections of the engine harness and everything looks good there. Any help would be great, Thanks.

Base timing set ??? Spark plugs ??? CTSensor ?? A few things could be the issue. Looks good though !!!

Thanks for the input, and the complement, does anyone else have any ideas besides those?
