starts up, no cylinder 3?

Yeah this sucks ballllls, I leave for a week on a trip and when i came back and started my 240 with a SR it idled horrible, when i touch the gas it has some power and revs up same as the rough idle. First off, switched the spark plugs, nothing. Then tested and found you can unhook the wiring to the 3rd injector and nothing happens. So i put in a new injector and it still runs the same. This is all so odd because it has ran great all spring after being garaged all winter, but the last few days i drove her (before trip) it was 7-20 degrees and hard starts, she has purred for as long as i've had her which is about 9 months..no problems. i might die because driving this car to me is like a heroin addict is to his heroin. But seriously this is my way to school and ive had to hitch rides for the past week, any ideas would help...thanks.

ok try thistake the spark plug out of the motor, connect the wire to plug while out of motor. ground the threads of the spark plug. have one of your friends turn over the car, while ur watching the conneted and grounded spark plug. when he turns over the car watch for a spark, and make sure it is a strong spark. if there is no spark then it is ether the plug, the wire or the distributer. if there is a good spark , and i know u changed the fuel injector, then it is most likely the internals of the motor

yeah thanks for the help but i brought it into a specialty shop today and they should figure it out, im tired of the headaches. Well see though ill prob find out in the a.m.

my sr has done that before i let it get a lil warm and my coil pack was arking in the valve cover giving it a wicked miss at idle and high rpms japan direct they are on ebay from north carolina ...they normally have some had the number but phone in other room and im lazy today i am banned from working on my cars in fear i would blow a gasket
