Got a 1993 240SX. When engine is cold, starts like it is brand new. Once engine is warmed up. turns over fast, but will not start until it cools down. Is not too hot, just up to regular operating temp. Friend said replace coolant temperature sensor. Could this be it? and if so, where does sensor go? Thanks for any advice.

The CTS wouldn't keep the car from starting. Does it even crank when it's hot or does it just not turn over?

u can d/l the FSM for your vehicle (it's in pdf/ acrobat reader format)

there's a whole bunch of pages u can go thru to isolate if the starter's the problem or battery/connections/etc...
