starts and idles fine but when it gets 3000rpm it spits and spudders?

hi iam very sick of the proble i have iam a mechanic but i have have never worked on a turbo sr20det. i put the motor in myself, stock motor, with 3 inch turbo back exhaust catless, fmic, aftermarket bov and thats it. the car starts fine, idles fine but when i give it gas over 3000 rpm it spudders and spits. but after its sits 4 a month or so and i want 2 drive it i can seem 2 make it run and it will run fine all day, and when i park it for the night the next morning it starts it problem again i just started f-ing with it recently but have had no luck someone please help me.... thanks . its a red top
