Starting up KA-T project - need suggestions

I'm about to do KA-T with my 92' 240sx here. I boosted stock block before in hondas, but haven't had any experience with built motors.

1. Anyone recommend a good place online to buy internal engine components for my build?2. For 350-400rwhp, with t3/t04e 57 trim, what CR would you recommend? I'm thinking 9:1.3. What brand of piston and rods do you recommend?4. What do you recommend for a performance street clutch that will hold what I aim for?5. If I want to semi-build or rebuild my head, but don't wanna spend more than 500-600 dollars, what should I replace?
