Starting Trouble

I have a redtop sr20det, no upgrades accept for the necessary 3" exhaust and a walbro 255lph fuel pump. When I try to start my car it wont start up, i have to give it a little gas to get it to start. I have even let the fuel pump run a few seconds and still get the same results...help me out

A little gas as in you have to depress the accelerator to get it to start?

If so you might have an IACV issue.

I agree, mine has a similar issue. With the IACV unhooked and the idle screw it starts with the throttle depressed. If I had another IACV I would try it.
