Starting to get mad..

I need someone with an rb20 that has a Bee R limiter Advice. Im trying to fit my bee r i just got today, the unit is brand new. Im having problems with getting it to work. I found all the right wiring diagrams and I've tried everything else. The problem I'm having is it does not limit the rev. Ive tried switching the yellow and green wires and still doesn't work, the weird thing is that no matter what if i switch the green and yellow wires the car still turns on. on my ecu pin 41 and 42 are the pins your supposed to hook up the yellow and green wires. i spliced it right there, then i realized something that pin 51 and 52 are spliced with pin 41 and 42 then to the CAS. so i tried splicing it after the pins are combined to one wire. and still the same thing. Im really stumped and I'm getting irritated. is there any of you rb20 users with this unit? and if so can you tell me how you wired yours? Any input appreciated! FYI the red LED does come on to whatever the REVs are set to... it just doesn't limit or do anything
