I’m starting to get excited about buying a 2010 G37 Journey coupe. I know what I want and the price range I’m willing to pay.
After a long search I even found a independent mechanic that only works on Lexus and Infiniti cars. They are Even willing to look over a car before I buy it for FREE. That’s also the time I will do my test drive.
So NO....
I haven’t driven one yet. Just looked and sat in one, once. I know myself and if I would have drove it the day I looked at it I would have bought it on the spot.

I just have to go a round with the insurance company about rates and I’m ALL set. (That could be today or a month or so from now. It depends on when I feel like dealing with them.)

Does anyone have any last minute comments or advice?

Good luck. I traded an '08 coupe for my Z. I'm already looking into trading my Z. :chuckle:

I really did like the G. Smooth, fast and very nice looking. Total luxury.

Not really sure

I don't think you can take a car to have checked out by a independent mechanic before you buy one.

I was going to look myself or just get one of those car finding places

Or you can look at it this way, a Z is a G without the useless 2 back seats.

;)

I tell you one thing I have realized this last 2 weeks of looking at cars, the G and the Z are the best "bang for the buck" cars out there. Nissan has their sh*t together there.

That's just the reason I'm staying with them.
I had a 86 300ZX for years till someone ran into me
Then I got an 85 with out even opening the door.
I saw the car on a lot and I said I'd take that one and I have been driving it for years.
Like I said the only reason I'm going G other then Z
Is I need a trunk

Those seats are far from useless, I can fit both of my kids back there.

Let me clarify. They were useless for me. My kids are grown and my friends are too old to climb back there.
