The ONLY part I am waiting for now is a timing idler pulley. Turns out, that part is a pain in the rear to get. All the local parts stores can't even special order it, so once again, I ordered from everythingnissan.com. I must say, they are a sponsor of this site and they have done an excellent job at getting my parts to me!

LOL, thanks Rafi. I just put the pan on so the bottom of the block is now covered and protected from the "elements" (aka kids). As for doing it in my apartment, I am just going to carry the block down, and then the head. Its not too bad really. Two of us carried it up no problem and going downstairs is always easier! For the floor, that's a lost cause. Its not hardwood. It's faux adhesive tile that they just layed over the original flooring.

Actually, I got a piece to slide on. It was a little tricky, but I managed.

As soon as my timing idler pulley comes, the whole motor goes together. I am hoping to have it in the car in the next 2 weeks provided everything goes smoothly.
