Looks good to me. I have seen 3 stock block RB25DET's hold 500 WHP here in japan so IMO you are safe. You ever think about getting pistons as well?

Also look into Timing Belt and check the gears on your oil pump to make sure it is not excessively worn. For saving Money sake a new RB26 N1 Oil Pump only costs a couple hundred bucks and will work on a RB25. Just a suggestion.

Need help with the timing belt and water pump? I have both items right here brand new and will give them to you for what I paid for them (I think like 150.00 for both so like 160.00 shipped)
