starting swap soon, any tips?

I'm hopefully going to start my swap soon when i finally get some time off from work. i just ordered the parts for the secondary butterfly system and was just wondering if there were any other little things i should be aware of before i start this swap. thanks in advance.

take out the ka and pressure wash the shizznit out of it...pull out ac and power steering lines/resevoirs if u arent gonna run it.or if u have time and money just do some basic replacement on the ca motor or even rebuild it.oh another thing, go onto different sites and read about the ca. wikipedia has some things on it and forums cuz the more u know about the engine the better ur relationship with it will be or however ppl put it nowadays lol.

this is the car that it is going into.. it is a 1990 240. it is going to be a 100% dedicated track car.





the engine bay is practically empty and has a bangin' rustoleum/krylon rattle can paint job the motor i bought has about 1000 miles on a rebuild, so im hoping i should be good as far as replacing parts. id like to get a set of poncams, but otherwise i just need a turbo. i have a messed up s15 turbo, but it is mostly just for parts.

then yea do a gt28r, 440 injectors and maybe a afc since its not much upgraded. otherwise just have someone flash the ecu

what kind of power would a setup like that give me? this motor is going to break-me-in to turbocharged systems as i still have a lot to learn about them lol.

its amazing how some people just into things with an understanding that they have a lot to learn and how others just in and after the hour and a half of tokyo drift they are all knowing gurus of everything. kudos to you mangood luck with your swap

with a gt28r u can get 340hp correct me if im wrong guys.i think the 440s ware perfect for maybe 250hp tuned...i dont know exactly.maybe 550s... i have a gt28r 440s and afc and i have around 200at the wheels and drifts just fine lol
