starting sr swap

i got my complete black top sr20det a couple days ago with greddy front mount, greddy evolution exaust with hks carbon fiber tip, walbro fuel pump, act race clutch, tubular turbo manifold, hks intake, hks ss bov, replacement radiater with electric fans, catco high flow cat, blitz downpipe so it has a lot of extra goodies on it. can you guys give me some important tips that might save me a big headache. i also want my a/c to work. going to start in a couple days to take out my ka. thanks for any info on the swap. s13 blacktop going into a s14 car

heater hoses, make sure you put them on before you drop the SR in.

Driveshaft, just unbolt the "U" supports, and pull the KA motor and transmission out all together, driveshaft pops right out.

Get a good torque wrench with a good extension, helped me get to some obscure bolts.

Label all your parts.. bolts, etc. Put them in ziplocs and just keep track of them.

Make sure you got enough buckets to catch all the car blood that's going to spew out all over the ground.

but as to the original question....the first reply hit it pretty well, but just make sure you have the 4 jackstands, a jack, and a cherry picker or 2 makes it even better. get all of the parts/fluids ur gonna replace beforehand. and however long u think its gonna take, multiply by 3. and have all info readily available printed out style for refereences, helped me a ton
