alright, i got a weird problem... so of course im asking you guys first in case anyone else has had this.

so back a few months ago my car was starting a little slow, and then a little slower, and then it wouldnt start. i went and got a new battery and it didnt fix the problem. i returned the battery, and charged the old one, and it worked. i noticed the battery i bought was only 630 amps where as the old one was 750

now the slow starting happened again. i figured this time i would get a new battery because it was finally time. i got a 900 amp battery, more than enough. well i put it in and once again its still starting slowly.

is there a way i can trouble shoot the electrical stuff? what else could it be? im a total newb when it comes to electrical.... teach me...

Well it can be the power supplied to the starter via battery cable. Your positive cable can be going bad. Sounds kind of odd, but I have dealth with it before on Hondas. Check this out first.

On the other hand, take your car to the local parts store and have them check the starting and charging system. Here in Portland, Baxters auto store has this device that they can connect to the battery and check you whole charging & starting systems, for free. I am sure that they have something simmilar in you neck of the woods.
