Starting problems

Ok as the subject states my sr20det is having trouble starting. Getting to the chase. I have changes the ECT sensor and Igniter chip because having orange spark (weak). And no spark on 2 3 4. I then checked for ground to the coil packs and made sure it was ground. I then checked for continuity to the igniter chip and the ecu and did not have any. Which was strange because if it does what the FSM states then its a direct route to the igniter and i did not get continuity from the ecu harness to the igniter harness. I did get it when i grounded it to one of the ecu grounds tho. I did not do the swap a shop did it from me and this all started one night when i went to start the car and it would start up but only crank we messed around with it for about a hour and got it started to get me home but the next morning it was starting again.


Notes:
Changed igniter
Changed ECT sensor
From what i read up on my have re-did the timing according to FSM
No spark on 3 to weak spark and weak to blue spark on 1(first)
Checked for a 12v refrance only got it in ign.#1 which seems weird cause it states it would be a red and white wire but the one at the igniter is red and black. none on the other 3
