starting problems please help

i have swaped a redtop in my s13. i have fuel and spark but only to one cylinder, the first cylinder. i have checked the coils and ignitor and they seem to be fine. what could be my problem?

If your sure that you only have spark and fuel on #1 then it has to be a wiring issue--was your harness cut? start at the ECU and work to the motor. are you sure that the injectors are not firing on any of the other cylinders?
