Car sporatically starts, does so more when it is warm outside or has been running for awhile. Brand new starter, battery, checked ground wires and all fuses. Have also checked neutral safety switch (i believe that is what called). Now have run out of ideas. Any input welcomed.

don't understand your post.is the starter turning consistently or not?what is the intensity of the idiot lights when the key is ON vs. START?how did you check the neutral safety switch?

tried pushing the shift handle forward as you turn key to start?

Just dont turn over. Have to turn key 4 or more times then will start. Does not do it all the time though. When it does happen all power on to radio, lights, etc. Just wont turn over. But then all of a sudden starts.
