Starting Problem

I have a 92 Maxima GXE. I turn the ignition and get nothing. No click of starter nothing. Replaced the starter the samething happens. However, I can jump the wire on the starter and the car will start. Please any guidance would be most appreciated.

Assuming the battery and connectors are in good order, problem could be with the Inhibitor relay (automatic) or Interlock Relay (manual) or related switches. Refer to the link below, starting on page EC-17 for additional info and schematic diagram. It's for a 94 Maxima but should work with your car.

Not sure why you need all FSMs as the link is sufficient to fix your current problem.
