Starting problem

Hey all, I have a 1997 Maxima GXE and I'm having some problems starting. When I try to start my car after not driving it for 5-6 hours, it struggles to start. Usually makes that usual ignition sound for 4-5 seconds and then it starts. I was wondering if its the starter thats the problem? or should I change the spark plugs??

I have the same problem for 96' I30.It did sea foam on 2 times to clean the engine, replaced all of the spark plugs, and installed new starter but it still has the same problem. I didn't get an anwser in here or anywhere. What I know is because of carbon.If you get the answer, would you let me know?Thanks.
