Starting problem

I am having a problem with my sr. It won't startup after it has run for about 20mins or has gotten warmed up. I will drive the car turn it off and then if I try to turn it back on all it will do is crank but it won't turn on. It is stalling occasionally when coming to a stop.

The plugs are brand new one step colder then stock, the alternator is new, the battery is new. I am lost at what could be wrong. It is actually sitting at my repair shop right now and they can't figure it out eiter. It seems like once the car has warmed it won't let itself turn back on once it has been turned off. Though if you let it sit for say 5hrs it will turn right back on again.

thats some wierd sh1t, when it does turn on, how does it idle, run, etc.... did it just happen out of no where or just dropped it in?

It starts up fine, the idle is fine. It started happening after I had the car sit for about 4 months in storage. But before that it had never happened before. Another thing is that there does seem to be a bit of a misfire at about 3000rmps, I don't know if that could be related.
