Starting problem

So I went to take out my fuel pump of my S14 the other day, but something came up and i had to take care of it, and I havent touched the car in like 3 days. When I was working on it i took off the pos battery terminal, the fuel pump fuse inside the car, and got the top of the fuel tank off... so i went out today to put my car back together so until i get more time to work on it... so I put the fuel tank cover back together and such, put the battery back on, put the fuse back in, go to start the car... and nothing... Theres a weird clicking sound coming from (i think) the driverside almost near the firewall. but it like clicks then a second later clicks again. But I really dont think it sounds like the click of a dead starter. Are there any other possibilities?.... The battery isnt dead, my windows go up and down... and i checked all the fuses, i think... all the interior ones anyway.
