Starting problem, help!

Hi everyone, I've had this car for over a week and It just has this problem where every time I start the car turn it off and try to start the car again but doesn't turn on.

I have performed the following to my car.

-I put brand new NGK Platinum spark plugs in.

-Changed the CTS.

-Checked the battery + alternator (Everything is good on it).

I'm running out of ideas and I need help.

It's cold idle is at the hot temp.

Check IACV or coolant temp sensor.
