Hey guys when I start my car in the morning, after it has been sitting all night, I have been having some problems.
The car never starts on first crank. Sounds like it has plenty of juice as far as the battery and starter go, but just doesn't turn over and actually run.
Usually what I have to do is crank it for about 5 seconds. Stop. Crank again for about 5 seconds, and repeat this 4-5 times before car turns over and starts to run.
When the car does start to run, it runs at a really low RPM for a few seconds, and sort of chugs along, until the RPMs pickup and it runs smooth.
I don't have this problem when the car is warm, only when it's cold.
I don't think it's freezing of any kind, as temperatures have only been around 10-15 degrees.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
