Starting problem 92 240

Hey guys, how's it going...well firstly let me aware you that i did search, and didn't find my solution...my 92 wont start up as easy as she used to. The motor's not that bad at all, 121k miles and rebuilt...now when i go to turn the key n press my clutch all i hear is it trying to turn, but i gotta gas it a bit to get it started, why is this? i'm contemplating of it being my feul pump or my tps, and i'm leaning towards my tps...someone help, please.

How does it start when you jump start it?

i didn't jump start it, because she does start up but not smoothly, just takes a try or two
