I'm having problems with my 1991 Q45. I went to start the car but it's not starting! It sounds like I have a carburetor, but I know better! Please help!

Flooded?

Last time filter and fuel pump were replaced? Plugs? TB cleaned? Battery?

That's a great question! I bought the car from my friend that had it since 1996 so I will ask him. I had someone look at it today and I found out it also jumped timing! So I have a little work to do, but it will be ready soon. Thank you.
