Starting issues

I just upgraded my ecu (Enthalpy) and injectors(Deatschwerk) today, which initially started and ran great. However, after the car got warm and I was done having fun I decided to give the ole 40oz a rest. After checking for leaks and crap I was going to test it's restart ability while warm, but it failed to start. The engine turns over and occasionally catches spark but won't start. I checked plugs, compression, fuel pressure, timing while running which were all perfect,I don't know what going on? It starts when not warm. A little advise or pointers in the right direction would rock, me love you guys long time.

Short version

Check for loose wires.... Check your clutch switch...
