Starting issues after running awhile

My 94 vert is sick. She starts right up from cold, and runs fine in till I turn it off. After I turn it off, let's say to go into a store or to get a bite to eat, if I come back outside to start it up, and it want's to skip for about 4 to 5 secs then shut stall. I have changed alot of stuff...Spark plugs...spark plug wires...Distributor cap and rotor...Fuel filter. It still wants to do it. any ideas?

Thats weird but set the TPS as per the FSM and the timing and see if it helps
