Starting issue

Prior to today, my car was having cold start issue. Found out it was the orange ecu wire, had it spliced and fixed and my car was starting perfectly fine. How many cold cranking amps should i have for my 240sx? I know im getting a full 12v to the starter and the signal. Could it possibly be poor ground? its about -10c where im at. Ive also tried to jump the starter with the ignition on, with a wire from the battery to the starter signal. All the fuses are fine.
