Starting/Idle Problem

Im running a KA24E in my 90 240SX, and it usually starts right up even on cold days, but when its been running for a while and warmed up it refuses to start up again. Fuel pump seems fine, ignition wires seem ok too. Then once its warm, it will idle at about 2k rpm, when i go and hit the gas it hesitates then revs (this really sucks trying to get back on the gas quick around turns etc) any ideas what could be wrong?

the no start after it has been warmed up could be caused by a bad coolant temp sensor...i am having similar problems and im gonna change that first...good luck
