starting from square 1... suggestions?

so, I just got my stolen car returned to me, sans any audio equipment...

what it had before, when I bought it:ancient kenwood CD playerfront audiobahn 1" tweetersstock 6x9s in front, audiobahn 6.5s in backkenwood amp10" sub in sealed enclosure

so, with the insurance money + some of my own, say... $650...

what would you suggest as far as a replacement setup with equitable or better sound quality? I was thinking putting 6.5s all around, and I have to replace the tweeters unless I want silly holes in my doors. Other than that, I'm totally open to anything...
