Starting cold

When I start cold, my rb20 takes a good 15 seconds to start up. And then when it starts its kind of lumpy. Then after about 5 seconds it goes to the warm up rev's. I am not sure where to start with this. Any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!!

start with the starter and then go to the ignition system..maybe its your fuel pump..

once started it should run fine (saying its the starter), and I have a walbro 225 pump in. I have a battery relocation kit, and I think I might buy a new battery for it when I wire it all in. I am just waiting on a power distribution block. I hope that it might get rid of the problem. Any thoughts on that?
