Starter Weak, replace now or later, and how difficult? -- '97 J30

In the mornings car turns over a little more difficult than I prefer. Had the battery tested with those devices they have the part start (O Brien's Parts), it was fine, and the alternator was also tested and was fine. Auto parts clerk said it looked like the starter was weak.

If so, how difficult is it to replace the starter, and what tools would I need?

Or is it not the starter?

Car is 1997 J30t

Please help some mechanical expert. . . does it sound like I need a new starter?

Check your battery voltage first thing in the morning.. Hook up a battery booster/starter to the battery and try to crank. If there is still a slow crank, then you can look at the starter

How many times does the starter get used each day 4? x 6 x52 x10........12,500 times?
