Ok. Searched for them. Found nothing but sarcastic members posting links to copies of the FSM. I admit that I am probably retarded, but I cannot find the torque specs for the starter in the s14 FSM. If someone knows the number, please just tell me. Call m a moron if you must, but I need a number and would appreciate it greatly. Thanks

The starter bolts are torqued to 51-59ft.lbs. The torque specs are on the part of the manual with the locations and sizes of the bolts for the transmission bell housing. Section MT-7

^ thats what I thought, but when I looked closer I noticed that those aren't the actual starter bolts. those are the 78mm bolts that hold in the transmission.

Those bolts go through the transmission and into the two spots on your starter which holds it on.
