starter solenoid location

ok really stupid question where is the starter solenoid located on a 1984 nissan/datsun 720 king cab i bought the truck for my girlfriend and its having troubles so i need to find out where the solenoid is so i can fix it i know its a very stupid question but im new to nissan/datsuns this old so any help will be appreciated

ussaully on top of the starter. Its the small cilinder atop of it.
