Starter signal wire from the Interlock Relay

Hey guys,

Y'all are going to get tired of me with the wiring questions, LOL. I'm not against paying someone that can share the know-how I need to get this done.

I have looked at the foldout WD for hours, and I can't find an answer to this. The question I have right now is, the black/yellow starter signal wire coming from the Interlock Relay, goes to a connector that also has a thick gauge white wire. See the two images...

In the 1991 FSM, it shows this plug possibly as E19 with the black/yellow starter wire coming from the Interlock Relay going into the E19 to E204 connector but I can't see what the white wire goes to. There's nothing about the white wire.

Where does the white wire lead to?

It comes from the battery via the Grey fusible link to the alternator "S" terminal. Found this from a source outside Nico:
