Starter Problems!!

I was just going out to my car one day and got in and it wouldnt start it would just click so i finally got it to start and when i got back ir wouldnt start again but now sometimes it will start and sometimes it wont i took the starter out today and havent had a chance to take it to a shop yet can anyone tell me what im dealing with

Yes, it sounds like the starter. Usually, I would have told you to beat it with a hammer a couple times and see if it works again, but since you already took it out, you might as well get a new one. Starter isn't something you tear apart and rebuild. I'm sure it's just an intermitantly bad connection, and even if it starts working again, it'll show up again in time and you'll have to replace it. Just replace it now and avoid getting stranded somewhere (like happened to me).
