starter problem?

i have a 1993 240sx a/t , sometimes its so hard to start the car, i have push the brake or move the steering wheel for it to start... is this a starter problem? relay ?terminals or wiring??

you have to push the brake or turn steering wheel to make it turn over? that sounds like and ignition switch or something. try dropping the knee bolster and whack the area around the key cyl when its messing up.
