my car will not turn over all electrical is on and i had the battery tested and it is perfect/brand new. the past couple days i noticed my car was turning over slower and slower then this morning it would not start!

DID THE STARTER GO BAD?

ok so i hit my starter with an axe handle and it started! but it cranked over slower than normal what does this mean!?

if hitting starter makes it easier to start you need new starter. yeah, if your battery is not run down and cables are clean and tight.
