starter once again

starter and starting is acting cracky wacky agian.....

will start at the begining my starter was going out and got to the point where it died and just did one click and nothing else so i spent 80-bucks on here and bought a used one from one of the members (thanks) well it was tested and work but i put it on the car and all im gettting its a sieris of fast clcik but not starting i tried jumping it to see mabye the battery was a lil drained but still just the fast repetive clicks... i have no clue what it could be mabye i istalled the starter wrong or somthing but i want to get alot of opions so that way i can try them all and see if they work...thanks ahead of times and ill try to answer questions the best i can

Could be the starter isnt getting enough power. Or sometimes starters will work when they are cold or have been sitting for a while but once warm they will not work. The SOHC KA starter works but for some reason people have issues with them not engaging correctly which i guess is due to the motor being different.

i was thinking mabye its that lil blue relay but im not sure are the any cars that i can get that out of from a junk yard or sould i just order it... also ther a wire going from that to a fuse (kinda ghetto rigged) not to sure what its ther for any insight on that
