Starter issue??

Ok so this is the deal. About half the time I go to start my car there is a clicking sound when turning the key. Now my notion is it could perhaps be the starter I'm not sure. My battery was checked and read fine. Supposedly the last owner changed the starter out. (had the car for 2 months) Last night I literally had to turn the ignition 30 times before car started.

its more than likely your ignition switch. same thing happened to me a a few months ago.
