Starter isnt getting power, relay is good

I just finished swapping out the clutch on my s13 and now the car wont start back up, the starter isnt turning over at all. The relay (behind the pass. headlight right?) is clicking like normal but the starter itself isnt getting power. I unplugged the starter down by the starter and tested for 12V and got .10 if I was lucky. Any suggestions on what to try?

I also held the switch in for the clutch to see if that was the problem and it did the same thing.

Relay is by battery as depicted in pic. Did you connect ground to clutch switch?

I pulled the starter off and one of the grounds wasnt fully connected sorry guys
